Return & Refund Policy – Dhaara Wellness

At Dhaara Wellness, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the personal care and hygiene nature of our products, we maintain a strict return and refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, leaked, or physically compromised during transit.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference or dissatisfaction with the product

  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer

  • Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed

  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control

2. Reporting a Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the outer packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

3. Verification Process

Upon receiving your request, our team will review the submitted information and may request additional details if necessary.

Dhaara Wellness reserves the right to approve or reject return and refund requests after verification.

4. Refunds

If your claim is approved:

  • A refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another suitable method after verification of customer details.

5. Replacement Option

In certain cases, Dhaara Wellness may offer a replacement product instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

6. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, all personal care products sold by Dhaara Wellness, including hair oils, shampoos, face washes, and related products, are non-returnable unless they are received in a damaged or defective condition.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Dhaara Wellness reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or other operational reasons. In such cases, a full refund will be issued if payment has already been received.
